Cooling Off Period
When you order from us online,you are entitled to a cooling off period when you return your goods without penalty.
Our cooling period is 30 days after the following delivery of goods.
Certain items are excluded from the cooling off period guarantee,unless we are at fault.
these are personalised or pierced Jewellery eg Earrings,special Swarovski Crystal colour orders
How To Return Item
Place item in orginal packaging
with a copy of order form
if the jewellery is in original condition we will refund or exchange
If you want a refund,make sure you use the original card you placed your order with.
If the item is a gift we will issue you with a gift card

Place the items into their original presentation boxes/pouche and make sure the parcel is sealed securely.You should also place a copy of the despatch note you received with your order into parcel
For refunds:once we have assesed the items,the money will be put back on to credit/debit card that was used to place the order online
If the items were a gift we will give you a gift card
you can also exchange your goods once only with the exception of earrings

If you change your mind please contact our sales team/or use the contact page leaving your name,address,telephone number, and a brief note.
Faulty Items
The procedures,set out here,to cancel or return an item do not effect your right to reject faulty goods.
